This project was done few years ago in a Mediterranean style Villa. The architect and interior designer wanted the flooring to fit the overall atmosphere of the mansion. The Teak Iroko flooring were laid and bordered by Wenge wood to create a nice contrast. The owner wanted in his office an Arabesque style environment. Therefore, the furniture and flooring were fashioned to suit his taste. The pictures you see (above) are but a glimpse of the final result.
We specialize in parquetry and custom made flooring patterns. Any new pattern or design, whether in solid timber or engineered timber flooring, is a new challenge up for the taking.
At Parquet Projects, we pride ourselves of the craftsmanship in accomplishing our work. This is a job that seemed to many not accomplishable. This was prefinished European oak produced in tongue and groove to be installed in Herringbone pattern. It demanded skill and craftsmanship to accomplish the design required by the interior designers and match the overall design.
